the company which makes plan b states that plan b is NOT intended as a substitute for contraception, and should only be used rarely ( whatever that means). ------ if the fda insists it is such a safe drug, then why should it matter how often it is used ??? -------- who would YOU rather believe..... …

"pump the brakes " ??? ---- that's an interesting term to use ---- usually, you pump the brakes either when you have too much air in the system, or if you're on an icy road. ------ in a way, i guess that does describe our current situation, because it implies we are not in total control..

well..... here we go again ---- dyes didn't kill me in the 60's, and i really do not believe they'll kill me now, either.
back then, it was the red dye in koolaid ---- then we found out you had to drink something like 20 gallons a day to have any bad effect.
yeah well. ... i was so paranoid about missing out on my favorite flavor of koolaid that i purchased a whole case of it ---- i still have some left, after all these years. ---- what happened, is that i got tired of that flavor, so the joke was on me.
i agree ---- this is all totally ridiculous.
or maybe they've lived back when they had similar stories, and know that this is total crapola.
we had this scare back in the 60's, with koolaid ---- then found out you had to drink 20 gallons a day for it to be dangerous. ---- it's getting so it's embarrassing for me to admit that i once shared an occupation with these "experts".
my mother is allergic to nuts, and my son-in-law has a violent allergy to fish. ----- they choose to avoid these foods because of that. --- so, because some people have allergies, we should ban the use of those items to everyone ??--- if we go that route, what will be left ??
personally, i don't eat foods because they look pretty anyway, so if they ban all the dyes, i don't really care, as long as they aren't spending a boatload of tax money while doing so. ----- sometimes, it feels like they keep coming up with these warnings or bans simply to make the public feel bette …
